How Can I Help?

I’m not here as a coach or an expert, but as a fellow beginner figuring it out one step at a time. By sharing my fitness vision, I hope to create a space where we can learn, grow, and stay consistent together. Think of this as a community, where we progress with perfection.

Through the ups and downs, I’ve realised that failures can be a lot demotivating when done alone. This blog is where you can share your journey and remind yourself that progress doesn’t have to be perfect.

GET LOCKED IN!

Someone told me in the gym, 

“Results won’t show themselves without getting locked in…Bodybuilding is Tapsya (Meditation)”.  It takes years to establish consistency when it comes to working out and meal planning.

That’s what stuck in my mind, and come to think of it, that might actually be true! All the famous bodybuilding idols trained for years to achieve the “Mr Olympia” title, which is recognised as the biggest bodybuilding title in the world. 

It isn’t just training the body, it’s training the mind. It is where getting locked in (Tapasya) treats you well, all those efforts getting up early, preparing meals, every rep counts and shows results. Yes, there will always be an option to quit, but these are those who expect the results without giving their 100%

Getting “locked in” isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being present, being committed, and being consistent with your fitness vision.
